"Alianza de Mujeres" is a unique coffee from a women-led alliance in Peru’s Chirinos District. Founded in 2022 by Bety Toro Lozno, the group now supports over 200 female farmers, empowering them to produce high-quality coffee. Grown at 1800-1900m and featuring cultivars like Pache and Catimor, this washed coffee is carefully handpicked and sun-dried, capturing the dedication and skill of these women in every cup.
 
This coffee really shines any way you brew it, but we recommend it as a drip coffee or pour-over.  This coffee is one of those comforting cups that can get you through any type of morning.  Got an espresso machine?  Throw this one in the hopper for a great single origin option.
